Harness the power of a Hero!

When we hand build our cards, we often end up with extra. This deck allows us to recycle them, which means you may get some that are a little rough around the edges – and we believe that's okay. 

Each pack includes:

– random challenge card from main classics deck or expansion pack
– instruction card on how to play (solo and group)
– all cards to complete challenge card*

Each pack contains a random challenge card and workout. You may receive the same package with the same challenge card. Try to collect them all. Or purchase the full pack here.

Group Play

Group Play Instructions

Set Up: Arrange the training cards into categories: Warm Up, CNS, Block A, Block B, Block C, and Decomp.

Warm-Up: The group selects a WARM UP card. All players must complete the exercises as instructed. The first player to finish picks the next card.

Game Flow: Progress through the workout blocks in this order:

  • CNS: Central Nervous System Activation.
  • BLOCK A: Main exercise block #1.
  • BLOCK B: Main exercise block #2.

Wild Card: The first player to complete BLOCK B wins the Wild Card. The winner can choose to either play a BLOCK C or skip directly to DECOMP. 

Decompression (DECOMP): All players perform the DECOMP exercises to cool down and recover.

Crowning the King: The player who wins the most blocks is crowned the WORKOUT KING and earns the Yudae gold crown 👑 (5 gold crown stickers are included in each box).

Tiebreaker: If there’s no clear winner, replay a WARM UP card until a champion is decided.

Solo Play

Solo Play Instructions

Set Up: Organize the training cards into their categories: Warm Up, CNS, Block A, Block B, Block C, and Decomp.

Game Flow: Select one card from each category to create your workout. For a more targeted program, follow the included 4-week training guide. Progress through the workout in this order:

  • WARM-UP: Dynamic movements to get you ready.
  • CNS: Activate your Central Nervous System.
  • BLOCK A: Main exercise block #1.
  • BLOCK B: Main exercise block #2.
  • BLOCK C: Supplemental exercise block.
  • DECOMP: Cool down and recover.

Earning the Crown: Each card has a target time (found on the Solo Play instructions card). To earn the WORKOUT KING CROWN, you must beat the posted time for every card.

Note: To win the crown and beat the game, all cards must be completed within the target times.

This full body conditioning workout can be performed with kettlebells, dumbbells, or no weight at all to target the glutes, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, chest, and core for a workout not joking around.

FAQ

How do you play?

There are two ways to play:

  1. With friends
  2. Without friends

Compete with friends to win the golden crown (5 in each deck) by finishing the most amount of blocks first, or compete with yourself to beat one of the Challenge Cards (3 in each deck) and become the Workout King.

How do I play by myself?

Select one of the 3 included Challenge Cards and find the workout cards listed for that challenge. It will include a CNS, Block A, Block B, and Block C. You will be able to choose your own Warm-Up and Decompression card.

Work against the clock the finish the workout in the time that is stated on the Challenge Card. If you complete all workout blocks within the given time period you win the Challenge Card.

To be Workout King you must beat all 3 challenge cards.

How do I play with friends?

Select 1 card from each of the 6 categories (Warm-Up, CNS, Block A, Block B, Block C, Decompression) to build a complete workout.

Try to finish the CNS, Block A, and Block B before your friends to win that block. The winner of Block B wins the option to choose a Block C, and the ability to do it with the group or sit back and relax while everyone else completes that workout.

By the end of the Decompression block, the player with the most amount of blocks won is crowned the Workout King and wins 1/5 included gold crowns.

Do I need equipment?

No, you do not need equipment. All movements can be made simpler by removing any instructed weight (such as KB or Kettlebell) and using bodyweight instead.

Note:
Although you do not need equipment to do these workouts, if you are new to working out and regular exercise we highly recommend investing in a pair of light kettlebells and resistance bands. This will help you progress your fitness to the next level.
